Shipping policy
1. 門市自取(最快可即日取)
- 地址： 荃灣海盛路9號有線電視大樓2301室（設有時租停車場及附近有露天停車場）。
- 自取時段（公眾假期除外）：
- 星期一至五：9:00am - 7:00pm
- 星期六：9:00am - 3:30pm
- （其餘時間可向我司查詢）
- 注意事項：
- 請提早通知，以便我司確認存貨及準備。
- 如需安排速遞到取，可向我司查詢貨物重量及體積。
2. GOGOVAN 即日送(車旁收貨，不送上門)
- 服務特點： 必須在送貨地址的「區域」填寫區域名稱（如：中環/葵涌），才會顯示此選項。付款後於辦公時間內電話/Whatsapp確認後才發貨。
- 發貨時段（公眾假期除外）：
- 星期一至五：10am-12pm、2pm-5pm、6:30pm-7pm
- 星期六：10am-3:30pm
- （其餘時間可向我司查詢）
- 送貨範圍： 全港各區（不包括離島、禁區、貨櫃碼頭、機場跑道、地盤等）。
- 額外收費：
- 入停車場或逾時等候︰費用由客人自付。
- 如需送上樓： 須按重量體積加收約 $300 - $600 附加費。
- 繁忙時段/假期前夕： 可能加收約 $15 - $30 運費。
3. XOBOX 本地預約送貨(送貨上門)
- 送貨時間： 星期一至五 10am - 4pm（公眾假期除外），約 3 個工作天內送達（我司會主動聯絡預約送貨日子）。
- 如需入倉，代入倉費用： HKD$800（包首2小時），之後每小時 HKD$300（費用不包其他入倉雜費）。
- 送貨範圍（不包括離島、禁區、貨櫃碼頭、機場跑道、地盤等）

貨品須經樓梯送貨，顧客須繳付樓梯搬運費，以四層為上限(*按每段13級梯級為一層計算)。

Shipment will only be made after confirmation by phone/WhatsApp during office hours following payment. •Delivery Hours (excluding public holidays): o Monday to Friday: 10am-12pm, 2pm-5pm, 6:30pm-7pm o (For other times, please contact us) •Delivery Area: All districts in Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands, restricted areas, container terminals, airport runways, construction sites, etc.). •Additional Charges: o Parking or waiting time: Fees are borne by the customer. o Delivery to your door: An additional charge of approximately $300 - $600 will be applied based on weight and volume. o During peak hours/before holidays: An additional delivery fee of approximately $15 - $30 may be added. 3. Local Delivery ( Door to Door ) • Delivery time: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (excluding public holidays), delivery within approximately 3 working days (we will proactively contact you to schedule a delivery date). •Warehouse Handling Fee: HKD$800 (includes the first 2 hours), HKD$300 per hour thereafter (excluding other warehousing fees). •Delivery Area (excluding outlying islands, restricted areas, container terminals, airport runways, construction sites, etc.) Delivery fee:
There is an extra service charge as a stair removal fee, which is up to a maximum of four floors (*13 steps in each section are one floor). If necessary, we will contact the customer and change the delivery point to the ground / road aside in stead.
If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English content in the website (including all privacy policies and terms of use), the Chinese version shall prevail. |
