They are made of high-quality food grade white paper and have features such as oil resistance, water resistance, and gas resistance, which can protect the freshness and quality of food. The paper bag has a unique white appearance, which adds visual effects to your meals and is very suitable for takeout, transportation, and packaging. There are five sizes available, suitable for various uses.
Door to Door or GOGOVAN-Same day Delivery
You can choose a variety of delivery services during checkout.
Goods must be delivered via stairs and customers are required to pay for the staircase delivery fee.
Tsuen Wan, Kwai Chung, Tsing Yi District --- Delivery fee is HKD$120, free delivery for orders over HKD$700.
New Territories / Kowloon --- Delivery fee is HKD$200, free delivery for orders over HKD$1000.
Hong Kong Island --- Delivery fee is HKD$250, free delivery for orders over HKD$1300.
Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok --- Shipping fee HKD$250.

1. In-store pickup (Fastest pickup available the same day)

2. GOGOVAN same-day delivery (Pickup at roadside, no door-to-door delivery).
• Service Features: This option will only appear if you fill in the area name (e.g. Central/Kwai Chung) in the "Area" field of the delivery address. Shipment will only be made after confirmation by phone/WhatsApp during office hours following payment.
•Delivery Hours (excluding public holidays):
o Monday to Friday: 10am-12pm, 2pm-5pm, 6:30pm-7pm
o Saturday: 10am-3:30pm
o (For other times, please contact us)
•Delivery Area: All districts in Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands, restricted areas, container terminals, airport runways, construction sites, etc.).
•Additional Charges:
o Parking or waiting time: Fees are borne by the customer.
o Delivery to your door: An additional charge of approximately $300 - $600 will be applied based on weight and volume.
o During peak hours/before holidays: An additional delivery fee of approximately $15 - $30 may be added.
3. Local Delivery ( Door to Door )
• Delivery time: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (excluding public holidays), delivery within approximately 3 working days (we will proactively contact you to schedule a delivery date).
•Warehouse Handling Fee: HKD$800 (includes the first 2 hours), HKD$300 per hour thereafter (excluding other warehousing fees).
•Delivery Area (excluding outlying islands, restricted areas, container terminals, airport runways, construction sites, etc.)

There is an extra service charge as a stair removal fee, which is up to a maximum of four floors (*13 steps in each section are one floor). If necessary, we will contact the customer and change the delivery point to the ground / road aside in stead.
